Tattershall Keep is an elegant brick tower in Lincolnshire, England. It was part of a castle that was built in the early 1400's to replace an earlier stone castle. The keep is a rectangular building with an octagonal tower at each corner. The building has four floors, a basement, and is crowned with a two-tiered battlement. The keep served as a country estate during the Tudor era and once stood at the edge of a walled courtyard surrounded by a double moat. |
My reconstruction of Tattershall Keep is 25 inches long, 20 inches wide (80 x 64 studs) and is about 25 inches high. For more photos of my reconstruction of Tattershall Keep
