The King has many responsibilities. He is in charge of making and enforcing the laws, defending the kingdom from foreign invasion, and making sure that all his subjects are provided for.

The King's Throne is as much a symbol of the king's authority as the crown. The king sits in the throne whenever he is conducting official business - making proclamations, meeting important dignitaries, and passing judgements.
